RN - Endoscopy

Overview

Travel assignment in Tomball, Texas
Unit: Endoscopy
3 Endoscopy rooms
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Requires call

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Endoscopy (1 year of experience)
Endoscopy experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Team player
Good communication skills

Unit Details

1:1 patient ratio: 1 RN and 1 Endo Tech for each Endoscopy room
Day shift staffing includes 1 Charge RN, 3 RN Circulators, 3 Endo Techs, 1 SPD, 2 Pre-op RN, and 2 PACU RN
Typical procedures: EGD, Colonoscopy
Equipment includes Olympus Scopes and EndoSoft, transitioning to Provation
Scrub color: Blue
