Assignment Overview

Travel SLP assignment in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
1 opening
Day shift
30 guaranteed hours per week
No scheduled weekend hours; weekends as needed
No call requirements
Float between Broken Arrow and Muskogee as needed, about 40 miles one way
LTACH setting with medically complex patients
23 beds in Broken Arrow and 41 beds in Muskogee
MBS only; mobile unit in Broken Arrow and C-Arm in Muskogee
EHR is split between paper and Net Health

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Oklahoma
Speech Language Pathologist (2 years of experience)
Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
ASHA
MBS (Modified Barium Swallow) experience
Acute setting experience with medically complex patients

Preferred Qualifications

Acute setting experience with medically complex patients

Additional Notes

Common diagnoses/treatment include post vent/trach dysphagia
Dynamic and flexible personality fit
No blue jeans allowed
