RN Cardiac Cath Lab
Overview
- Travel RN role in a Cardiac Cath Lab in Denton, Texas.
- Shift: 7A–7P, days with call.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
- Hours per week: 36.
Unit Details
- Unit has 2 cath labs, 1 EP lab, and 1 IR Neuro lab.
- Patient ratio: 1:1.
- Typical procedures include diagnostic and interventional heart caths and interventional radiology.
- Floating may include the Emergency Department, Discharge Lounge, and other areas as needed within skill set.
- Rotating call after hours and weekends is approximately 50% of the month.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- ACLS.
- Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience).
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year.
- Cardiac catheterization lab circulating experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrophysiology experience.
- Interventional Radiology experience.
- Interventional Neuro experience.

- GE mac lab monitoring.
