Physical Therapy
Overview
- Travel assignment in Plano, Texas
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- Day shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Must work 2 weekend shifts per month as rotation
Setting
- Acute care hospital and inpatient rehabilitation
- Acute care hospital includes Trauma Level 1, Neuroscience, ICUs, ECMO, Burn, Oncology, and Ortho & Spine floors
- Inpatient rehabilitation has 40 beds
- Therapy services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care or Inpatient Rehab setting
Preferred
- Candidates with acute care hospital skills and inpatient rehab experience are considered first
Additional Notes
- No on-call requirement
- No floating requirement
- EMR: Meditech
- Therapy equipment includes walking equipment, bikes, bars, and treadmills
