Overview
- Travel RN role in Labor and Delivery/OBED-707
- Unit: Womens Hospital
- Location: Arlington, Texas
- Shift: 7P-7A
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Start dates: Tuesday
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- ACLS
- AWHONN
- BLS
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with High Risk patients
- Intermediate fetal monitoring
Preferred
- OBED experience
- High Risk/High volume experience
Unit Details
- 23 beds
- Patient ratio: 2:1
- Floating within womens- PP/Ante
- On call: 1 shift every 4 weeks
Clinical Responsibilities
- High risk OB care
- Magnesium drips
- Insulin drips
- Circulate
- Scrub
Scheduling Notes
- Requested time off must be approved by the facility
- If time off is approved, the candidate must work three shifts those weeks
- Must work 2 major winter holidays and 1 minor winter holiday
