LDRP RN – Labor & Delivery

Location: Sidney, Montana Employment Type: Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Schedule: Night shift, 18:45–07:00, 48 hours per week Staffing Need: Urgent need

Overview

Busy obstetrics department providing care for women and newborns through labor, delivery, and the postpartum period
Fast-paced, team-oriented setting with strong interdisciplinary collaboration
Critical Access Hospital

Responsibilities

Care for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns
Perform triage and NSTs
Serve as 2nd nurse at deliveries and manage overflow patients
Collaborate with physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care
Support patients experiencing complications during pregnancy, birth, or recovery
Occasionally float to Med/Surg, CCU, or ER to assist
Use EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Montana
At least 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Certifications: NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or above)
