PT - Therapy
Location: Wilson, North Carolina Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 32 Openings: 1
Position Details
- Shift: Days, Monday through Friday (outpatient clinic)
- Setting: Community hospital outpatient clinic
- Weekend Coverage: One acute care weekend every 4-5 weeks, with flex days the week before and after
- Float Scope: Some coverage in the acute care setting, general hospital patient population (respiratory, cardiac, CVA, ortho). Acute care average hospital census is in the 90s.
- Patient Population: Primarily adult and older adult, with occasional older adolescent/teen patients
- Common Diagnoses/Treatment: Neuro, ortho, general debility, general pain
- Personality Fit: Outgoing, able to manage a fast-paced environment and a full caseload
- Dress Code: Any scrub color; scrub top required (no t-shirts under scrubs); no earbuds during patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
- Physical Therapist with 1 year of experience
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS certification
