Registered Nurse
Travel/Contract
Night shift, 3x12 hours: 19:00–7:00

Location

Tyler, Texas

Unit

6 North
General medical-surgical and oncology/hematology unit with telemetry capability
36 private rooms total: 18 medical-surgical and 18 oncology rooms
Cares for young adult through geriatric oncology and hematology patients
May also receive general medical/surgical overflow patients

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Med Surg experience within the last year
1 year of Med Surg experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
State license verification required
NURSYS verification required for RN
Drivers License/State ID

7 Year Background Check within 1 year of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM
HHS/OIG

Physical Exam within 12 months of start
Fit Test within 1 year of start
Adult TDAP Vaccine within 10 years of start
