Therapist - Behavioral Health

Location: Holyoke, Massachusetts (role is split between Greenfield and Holyoke) Contract Length: 13 weeks Employment Type: Travel Hours: 40 per week Openings: 1

Department and Unit

• Department: Social Services
• Setting: Outpatient
• Role: LCSW/LICSW/LMHC
• Specialty: Therapy (CBT, DBT, MI, Process Groups)
• Patient Population: Adult
• Beds: PHP (10), IOP (10)
• Patient Ratio: Up to 1:10

Schedule

• Shift: Days, hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, may vary
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend or as needed
• Call Requirements: None
• Group Schedule: 4 groups daily, 5 days a week (9:00-9:50 AM, 10:00-10:50 AM, 11:00-11:50 AM, 1:00-1:50 PM, with lunch until 1:00 PM)
• Weekly Training: One day a week at 3:00 PM
• Weekly Supervision: With clinical manager
• Documentation: EHR notes after group sessions

Required Qualifications

• Valid Clinical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Therapist
• Clinical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS certification

Skills and Experience

• Must-have skills: Psychotherapy, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, group therapy, individual sessions
• Common diagnoses/treatment: Depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, etc.
• Personality fit: Professional, flexible

Orientation

• Held biweekly on Monday or Tuesday, upon clearance
• Must be available to attend scheduled orientation. Other start dates cannot be accommodated.
• 2025 dates: October 13 and 26; November 9 and 16; December 7, 14, and 28

Travel Eligibility

• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel.
