Therapist - Behavioral Health

Role: LCSW/LICSW/LMHC Location: Holyoke, MA. The role is split between two locations, Holyoke and Greenfield. Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week Openings: 1

Schedule

Shift: Days, hours may vary (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend or as needed
Call: None
Group schedule: 4 groups daily, 5 days a week (9:00-9:50 AM, 10:00-10:50 AM, 11:00-11:50 AM, 1:00-1:50 PM), with lunch until 1:00 PM
Training: One day a week at 3:00 PM
Documentation: Electronic health record notes after group sessions
Supervision: Weekly supervision with the clinical manager

Orientation

Held biweekly on Mondays or Tuesdays
Must be available to attend scheduled orientation. Other start dates cannot be accommodated.
2025 dates: October 13 and 26; November 9 and 16; December 7, 14, and 28

Required Qualifications

Valid Clinical Therapist license in Massachusetts
Clinical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Clinical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Unit Details

Floor: Outpatient
Beds: PHP (10) and IOP (10)
Patient ratios: Up to 1:10
Patient population: Adult
Specialty: Therapy (CBT, DBT, MI, process groups)
Common diagnoses/treatment: Depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and others
Must-have skills: Psychotherapy, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, group therapy, individual sessions
