Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, 4th floor Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36

Unit

Unit Name: Progressive Care Neuro Trauma
Beds: 23
Staffing:
- Day shift: 6-7 RNs, 2 aides
- Night shift: 6-7 RNs, 2 aides
Patient Ratio: 4:1
Equipment: Bedside monitors, end tidal O2 monitoring, high flow, chronic vents, subdural drains
Typical Procedures: Chest tubes, EEGs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Hampshire
PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience: 2 years
PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification
NIHSS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Telemetry experience

Floating

All inpatient units, including ICU and ED

Schedule and Expectations

Weekends: Every other weekend
On-call: No on-call requirement
Dress Code: No specific color; professional attire
