RN - PACU
Assignment Details
- Location: Lone Tree, Colorado
- Employment type: Travel
- Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 5 days per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 36
- Floating: Required to float to all surgery centers as needed
Unit Overview
- Setting: Post-anesthesia recovery
- Patient ratio: 2:1
- Staffing: 20 staff members
- Common procedures: General, ENT, GYN, plastics, ortho (sports/joints), spine pain
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- 1 year of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- GI recovery experience
- Pain recovery experience
