Eligibility and Onboarding Notes
- Candidates who worked perm or PRN at this facility within the last year must not be submitted. They are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
- Candidates with prior traveler work at this facility, or perm or PRN work more than a year before the submission date, need a recruiter review of eligibility before submission.
- Some documentation must be completed directly with the facility, outside the AMN clearance packet, before clearance to start.
