CVOR Surg Tech (Open Heart) - Day Shift
- Location: Zanesville, Ohio
- Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
- Shift: Day shift, 40 hours/week
- Four 10-hour days or five 8-hour shifts (6a-2:30p), per the traveler's preference
Required Qualifications
- CVOR Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Knowledge of central processing
- Surgical Technologist experience
Role Details
- Floats to assist in General Surgery when CVOR volumes are low
- Takes at least 2-3 days of call per week, depending on staffing levels
- Weekend call starts at the end of the Friday shift and runs through Monday at 7a
- Possible holiday call rotation, depending on how holidays fall during the assignment
- The facility may cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract. These hours are not limited to 12-hour shifts and will be marked on the facility time report.
