Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer
Overview
- Location: Fortuna, California
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract

- Shift: Day, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 to 19:00
- Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Echo Technologist: 1 year of Echo Technologist experience within the last year.
Training and Compliance
- Annual regulatory modules: Required annually for all candidates, approximately 3.5 hours to complete.
- California core modules: Required annually where the profession or specialty has a dedicated path.
- Float policy: Float Policy Acknowledgement required. Traveler may be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance.
Notes
- Work history verification: Only required when submitting an exception request in place of reference requirements. Requires a minimum of 5 years of verified work history.
- Radiation badge: Issued by the facility to applicable units.
