**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - **Hours:** 48 per week - **Location:** Local candidates preferred (less than 75 miles) **Key Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Emergency Department - Pediatric experience is a plus! - Prior travel experience is required - Active NY Nursing License and all RN licenses verified through NURSYS - Current certifications in: - AHA ACLS - BLS - PALS - NIHSS - TNCC (required to be in hand) **Essential Skills:** - Proficient in EPIC EMR - Charge Nurse capability is highly preferred - Willingness to float as needed - Skills checklist must match specialty **Unit Specifics:** - Common patient diagnoses include: - Stroke - Sepsis - Trauma - Myocardial Infarction - Cardiac Arrest - Respiratory Failure - Specialty equipment utilized: - Rapid Infusor - Arctic Sun - Patient Demographics: - Newborns - Pediatrics - Adults - Geriatric - Care provided to all assigned patients, including SANE **Unit Overview:** - Total Beds: 64 - 2 Triage - 40 Acute - 6 Super Track - 2 Trauma - 10 Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) - 6 Psychiatric **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
