Location: Kingwood, TX Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36
Unit Details
- Unit: Med North floor
- Beds: 28
- Staff: 31 total
- Day shift: 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, 2 techs
- Night shift: 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, 2 techs
- Patient Ratio: 1:5
- Equipment: Telemetry
- EMR: Meditech
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, with experience within the last year
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Phlebotomy skills
Dress Code
- Scrubs: royal blue preferred; navy and dark green allowed
- Shoes: black, white, or gray
