Description

Shift: 4x10 0700 - 1730 On-call: About every 5th weekend (Fri-Sun) with a total of 5-8 days a month Types of Cases REQ: Coronary Angio/PCI, Vascular/AAA, Peripheral, IR, Neuro, Structural Heart, EP, Pacers/ICDs Most Common Equipment: Philips, CSI, Rotablator, Shockwave, Inari, Impella, IABP, FFR, IVUS, JestStream, AngioJet, TurboHawk Years of experience REQ: 2 years Cath Lab required, EP experience preferred First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: TBD National Certs REQ: WA licensed CVT, RCIS or ARRT, also BLS and ACLS required. Is on-call REQ? Yes, On Call 5-7 days a month Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?
