Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Cardiac OR RNFA for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This position is ideal for a highly skilled RNFA with strong cardiac surgical experience, including CABGs and complex cardiac procedures.

The Cardiac RNFA must be able to independently perform vein harvesting for CABGs and assist with chest exposure and surgical closing. Experience first assisting in DaVinci robotic cardiac cases is preferred but not required.

Additional experience scrubbing and circulating complex cardiac cases is highly preferred. Cases may include CABGs, structural heart procedures such as Bentall procedures, minimally invasive procedures including Mini Aortic Valve Replacement, and heart failure cases involving devices such as Impella. The facility also performs heart transplants, with heart transplant experience preferred.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Cardiac RNFA experience, AHA BLS and ACLS, active NYS RN license, CNOR certification, and telemetry experience.

The position offers 36 or 48 hours per week, primarily weekday shifts of 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–11:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities based on unit needs.
