🏃 Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Multi-Setting Rehabilitation

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Aitkin, Minnesota

📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

🗓️ Start Date: November & Mid December

☀️ Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM,

⏱️ Guaanteed Hours: 40 hours/week

🏥 Settings: Primarily Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC), with some Outpatient, Home Health, Assisted Living, and Independent Living

📞 On-Call: None

🎄 Holiday Coverage: Not required

✅ Requirements

🪪 Minnesota Physical Therapist license required upon acceptance

👩‍⚕️ Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience

🏥 Experience providing rehabilitation services in skilled nursing or long-term care settings

🩺 Ability to assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and support functional mobility and independence

🤝 Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary care teams

🔄 Flexibility to provide therapy across multiple care settings, including outpatient and home health as needed
