🏥 Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient / Outpatient

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Lakeview, Oregon

📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

🗓️ Start Date: November & Mid December

☀️ Shift: 10-hour shifts, Friday–Monday

⏱️ Hours: 40 Hours/Week

🏥 Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation

🖥️ EMR: Cerner

📞 On-Call: None

🎄 Holiday Coverage: Required

✅ Requirements

🪪 Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required

🚗 Valid Oregon driver's license required

❤️ Current CPR certification required

🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

👩‍⚕️ Minimum 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience, including inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation

🩺 Experience evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence

🏥 Knowledge of physical rehabilitation, general medical, surgical, and mental health conditions

🤝 Ability to collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

📋 Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills

🔄 Availability to work Friday–Monday and scheduled holidays
