🏥 Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient / Outpatient

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Lakeview, Oregon

📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

🗓️ Start Date: November & Mid December

☀️ Shift: Days, Monday–Thursday

⏱️ Hours: 40 Hours/Week

🏥 Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation

🖥️ EMR: Cerner

📞 On-Call: None

🎄 Holiday Coverage: Required

✅ Requirements

🪪 Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required

🚗 Valid Oregon driver's license required

❤️ Current CPR certification required

👩‍⚕️ Minimum 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience, preferably in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation

🩺 Experience evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering rehabilitation services

🧠 Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation procedures

🤝 Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills

🖥️ Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain accurate patient documentation

🔄 Availability to work scheduled holidays as required
