🌙 Travel RN – Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Job Details
📍 Location: Kremmling, Colorado
📅 Start Date: November 16, 2026
⏳ Contract: 13 weeks
🕒 Shift: Nights – 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
⏱️ Hours: 36 hours/week
🏥 Setting: Skilled Care Unit (SCU) / Long-Term Care
💻 EMR: EPIC
📞 Call: 2 call shifts every 6 weeks; pager call required
🎄 Holiday: Holiday coverage required
🔄 Floating: May provide coverage at Granby Med-Surg

✅ Requirements

Active Colorado RN license
BLS certification
Minimum 3 years of Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care RN experience
Experience assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care
Ability to take call and work overtime as needed
