Seeking an experienced PACU Nurse Manager to lead day-to-day operations of its Post Anesthesia Care Unit in Austin, TX. Monday-Friday day schedule with no weekends.
š©ŗ What You'll Do
ā¢ Lead daily PACU operations as a working manager
ā¢ Plan staffing assignments and meet productivity targets
ā¢ Complete performance reviews and set staff goals
ā¢ Keep policies, procedures and protocols up to date
ā¢ Take part in process improvement, budgeting and inventory control
ā Requirements
ā¢ Registered Nurse license; BSN required
ā¢ 2+ years of OR or day surgery experience
ā¢ Previous nursing management experience
ā¢ ACLS and BLS
