Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Days

📍 Location: – Glenwood Springs, Colorado
📅 Start Date: October and Mid November
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: 3 × 12-hour day shifts, rotating call and weekends
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages and acuity levels, including Level II NICU patients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
Manage critical care respiratory needs and ventilator support.
Care for patients across all acuity levels, including Level II NICU.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver safe, effective patient care.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of respiratory therapy experience.
NBRC RRT credential required; CRT candidates are not accepted.
Active Colorado Respiratory Therapist license (DORA).
Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program.
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and AAP NRP certifications.
Strong critical care and ventilator skills.
Neonatal and pediatric experience, including Level II NICU.
Previous travel assignment experience; first-time travelers are not accepted.
