🏥 Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient / Outpatient | Days

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Viroqua, Wisconsin

📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

🗓️ Start Date: November

☀️ Shift: Day Shift, scheduled during clinic hours of 6:30 AM–5:15 PM, based on departmental needs

🏥 Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation & Outpatient Rural Health Clinic

🖥️ EMR: Epic

📆 Schedule: Weekend rotation required

🎄 Holiday Coverage: Required

📞 On-Call: None

✅ Requirements

🪪 Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license required

❤️ Current BLS/BCLS certification required

👩‍⚕️ Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation

🩺 Experience performing comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans

🏥 Ability to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services to improve mobility, recovery, and functional independence

📋 Experience educating patients and families on therapeutic exercises, equipment use, and home exercise programs

🤝 Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

🔄 Flexibility to work variable daytime schedules, rotating weekends, and holidays
