🏔️ Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – 13-Week Contract | Days

We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for an exciting inpatient travel opportunity in Glenwood Springs, Colorado! 🌲

📍 Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks | Start: November
🕒 Schedule: 5×8-hour day shifts | Weekends may be required
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
🏥 Setting: Inpatient Acute & Critical Care
💻 EMR: EPIC

✅ Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
🪪 Current Colorado OT license or ability to obtain
⭐ Minimum 3 years of post-graduate OT experience required
❤️ Current BLS through the American Heart Association
💉 Current flu vaccine required October 1–April 1 — no exemptions
📍 Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
📋 Colorado CAPS clearance required; apply ASAP, as processing may take up to 2 weeks
