📢 Now Hiring: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Permanent Full-Time

📍 Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia

🕒 Schedule: Nights Only (Rotating Weekends)

We are hiring full-time night-shift Registered Respiratory Therapists to guide patients through routine care and critical moments. New graduates are welcome to apply.

🩺 What You'll Do
• Assess respiratory status, breath sounds and airway patency
• Deliver oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications and airway clearance treatments
• Initiate and manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation; assist with artificial airways
• Respond to emergencies and help stabilize newborns at deliveries
• Maintain, clean and prepare respiratory equipment and transport ventilated patients safely

✅ Requirements
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP) with Virginia license
• Associate degree or respiratory therapy program graduate
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• New graduates considered; onsite interview required
