- Current Arizona teaching certification/license appropriate to the position
- Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current Arizona Special Education certification: Mild/Moderate Disabilities K–12 OR Moderate/Severe Disabilities K–12
- For Co-Teacher positions: appropriate English or Mathematics certification/approved area

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique learning styles and abilities.

- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress, adjust instructional approaches, and ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
