ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to support students within Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District in Baytown, Texas!

Pay ranging from $66/hr w2 up to $73/hr for 1099

No non-compete agreements in our contracts!

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional success while collaborating with a supportive team of educators, administrators, and related service professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to determine special education eligibility.

• Administer and interpret formal and informal psychological and educational assessments in compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) guidelines.

• Prepare accurate and thorough Full Individual Evaluation (FIE) reports.

• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

• Evaluate student behavioral, emotional, and educational needs and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

• Provide consultation and support through the Response to Intervention (RTI) process.

• Determine the need for counseling as a related service.

• Communicate assessment findings and recommendations to parents, teachers, and administrators.

• Maintain accurate student records, evaluation reports, and required documentation.

• Serve as a resource to school personnel and families regarding student learning, behavior, and special education services.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in School Psychology or a related field.

• Active Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential.

• Proficiency in psychological testing, evaluation, and interpretation of assessment data.
