ESS Clinical is looking for dedicated and passionate Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year, serving Dooly County School System in Georgia!

We are seeking qualified educators with experience in self-contained special education classrooms who are committed to providing individualized instruction and meaningful support to students with diverse learning, developmental, behavioral, and functional needs.

Pay starting at $50/hr up to $56/hr

Travel Contracts Available!

Earn up to $1267/week.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) teaching certificate in the appropriate Special Education field.
• Certification must be active and appropriate for the assigned grade level and student population.
• Knowledge of special education instructional practices, curriculum modifications, and differentiated instruction.
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities preferred.
• Experience in a self-contained special education classroom strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of positive behavior interventions, classroom management, and behavioral support strategies.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate student records, progress monitoring data, and required documentation.
• Successful completion of required criminal background checks, fingerprinting, and district onboarding requirements.
