RN - Rehab | Location: Moline, IL
Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Rehabilitation nursing team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients requiring rehabilitation services, fostering an environment of healing and recovery.
Assignment Details
- Shift: PM (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Hours per Shift: 12
- Hours per Week: 36
- Position Type: Long Term
- Number of Openings: 1
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2754 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in alignment with evidence-based practices and protocols.
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care actions accurately.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during the recovery process.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe healthcare environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to work night shifts and ensure continuity of care.
Preferred:
- Experience in Rehab or a related setting is strongly preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
