Assignment Overview
Join a dynamic MICU team, primarily serving as the COVID unit with a focus on critical care diagnoses such as Sepsis, ARDS, and Pneumonia. Ideal candidates will have advanced skills in ventilated patient care and drug titration, and must be comfortable interpreting EKG strips in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities
- Interpret EKG strips and troubleshoot RT Equipment.
- Manage and titrate vasoactive and cardioactive medications.
- Provide care for ventilated patients.
- Monitor telemetry using Phillip monitors and read strips.
- Float to different units as needed, with varying patient ratios.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active IL license or application in process
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- Experience with arterial line and central lines
- Proficiency in titration of vasopressors and care of ventilated patients
