Registered Nurse (RN) | Travel |

Assignment Overview

Join our specialized SICU team, providing critical care to post-surgical patients, and those with complex trauma and endovascular needs. We are looking for experienced ICU nurses capable of titrating drips within a high-acuity setting.

Assignment Details

Start Date: Not provided
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Weekend Requirements: 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period
Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday
Local Candidate Policy: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles
Floating Requirements: Travelers may float to lower levels of care as necessary
Assignment Length: Not provided
Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2754 (negotiable)
Charting System: EPIC

Responsibilities

Provide patient care for surgical and multi-system trauma cases
Titrate drips including pressors, sedation, paralytics, and insulin
Collaborate with intensivists and house supervisors
Interpret and act on telemetry readings independently

Qualifications

Required:

Active IL RN License or application in process
Experience in Level I trauma and ICU settings
BLS and ACLS Certifications (AHA)
Ability to pass a drug screen
