Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR) | Travel | Concord, NC
Assignment Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a travel assignment. This position requires providing care in a high-acuity setting within a Level 3 Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various surgical cases and be highly adaptable to nighttime shifts and emergency situations.

- Local Candidate Policy: Permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit
- Charting System: EPIC
- Weekend rotation: every 4th weekend, call or shift coverage as needed
- Call required: Average of 6 call shifts per 6-week schedule
- Scrub Color: Provided
- Parking: Free
Responsibilities
- Circulate in a range of surgical cases including trauma, ortho trauma, ortho total joints, spine, hearts, and more
- Maintain charge RN responsibilities and demonstrate scrubbing proficiency
- Perform laparoscopic and open belly cases, cysto, vascular, and robotics, when experienced
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in emergency situations
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an OR RN
- Current BLS certification
- Valid NC RN license
- Experience in circulating various complex cases
Preferred:
- CNOR certification
