Registered Nurse (RN) | Travel | Illinois
Assignment Overview
Seeking a compassionate RN for a role in the Adult Medical Specialty Unit. The ideal candidate will manage patients with conditions such as cellulitis, sepsis, and respiratory failure in an acute care setting. Experience with central lines, tracheostomies, and chest tubes is required.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Acute
- Start Date: Not provided
- Shift Details: 3-12 hour shifts, 7:00 to 19:30
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating Requirements: Rotation to any acute care general medical area
- Charting System: EPIC
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2907 (negotiable)

Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate patient care
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Administer treatments and medications as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
Qualifications
Required:
- Active IL license or application process initiated
- Certification: BLS (AHA)
- Experience with central lines, tracheostomies, and chest tubes
Preferred:
- Experience with EPIC
- Experience in a level I trauma center
- Previous travel experience on a MedSurg floor
