Rad Tech | Location: Downers Grove, IL

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Rad Tech to join a busy Level 1 Trauma Center in the radiology unit. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of acute care experience and be comfortable working with a diverse patient population, from NICU to geriatric patients, handling various common radiological diagnoses.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Level 1 Trauma Center
Shift Details: 5x8 Evenings
Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3196 (negotiable)
Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
Holiday Expectations: 1 holiday per contract
Charting System: EPIC
Schedule cycle: Monthly increments

Responsibilities

Perform general x-ray procedures
Conduct fluoroscopic exams, including video swallows and BE
Operate OR equipment including c-arm and o-arm
Perform neuro, spinal, and orthopedic navigation

Qualifications

Required:

1-year acute care experience
BLS Certification
ARRT Certification
IEMA State License
Skills in general x-ray, fluoroscopy, and OR navigation
