Respiratory Therapist, CRT | Travel |

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist, CRT, to join our team. The position involves providing respiratory care to general med, intermediate, and ICU patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in large critical care facilities and be skilled in utilizing various types of RT equipment.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Acute Care Setting
Shift Details: 12hr Nights (0630-1900 or 1830-0700), includes every other weekend and holiday
Assignment Length: Not specified
Charting System: EPIC
Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2430 (negotiable)
Local Candidate Policy: Reduction in pay for candidates within 50 miles
Number of Openings: Not specified

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to general med, intermediate, and ICU patients
Use a variety of RT equipment including Servo U, Servo i, LTV ventilators, and ResMed S9
Work with hospitalists and intensivists who are available 24/7

Qualifications

Required:

Active IL license or proof of application initiation
BLS certification
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC
Experience in a large (300 bed or more) critical care facility
Experience with EPIC charting

Preferred:

Prefer RRTs over CRTs
