RN - MedSurg/Tele | Travel | High Point, NC
Assignment Overview
Join our medical-surgical and telemetry team in a teaching hospital setting. This role focuses on providing comprehensive care for patients with a variety of medical conditions, including CHF, COPD, and post-operative needs. We seek an experienced RN for our 36-bed unit to maintain the high standards of care and teamwork.
Assignment Details
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2025 (negotiable)
- Shift: 3x12 Days
- Patient Ratio: RN 1:6
- Charting System: Encompass/EPIC
Responsibilities
- Provide general care for medical/surgical patients
- Perform IV start/maintenance
- Conduct NG tube maintenance
- Manage chest tubes, wound care, and dressing changes
- Administer heparin drips and Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI)
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year of experience in a similar setting
- BLS certification
- Skills in foley start/maintenance and wound vacs/drains
