We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Ortho/Neuro Unit on a travel assignment in Janesville, WI. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills and the ability to work nights, providing high-quality care to patients in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and standards of care
- Document according to standards of care
- Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care, including patient and family instruction
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
- Utilize clinical expertise to provide guidance to other units/departments
- Utilize critical thinking in regards to patient safety and patient experience
Qualifications
Required:
- Current WI License
- NIHSS certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- Education verification
