Registered Nurse ICU | Travel | Oak Lawn, IL
Assignment Overview
Join a dynamic Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team providing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Ideal candidates will have a background in managing critically ill patients, including multi-system trauma, spinal trauma, general surgery, and more. Successful candidates should be ready to work in a high-acuity environment and provide exceptional care in critical situations.

Responsibilities
- Manage ventilators and tracheostomy care
- Oversee invasive line management including A-lines, ICP, and CVP
- Conduct IV/phlebotomy tasks and cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Titrate medications such as Propofol, Versed, Fentanyl, and Levophed
- Provide end-of-life care and support organ donation processes
Qualifications
Required:
- Current ICU RN experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Preferred:
- NIHSS and TNCC certifications
