Registered Nurse (RN) | Location: Not provided

Assignment Overview

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in MedSurg care within an acute setting. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in medical-surgical units and expertise with the EPIC charting system. This role involves working with a diversified patient population, including managing common conditions such as NSTEMI, COPD, PNA, Sepsis, and AKI.

Assignment Details

Start Date: Not provided
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, with night shifts from 7P-7A
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, typically
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday, typically
Floating Requirements: ICU, ER, BHC if experience allows. No other floating required outside MedSurg
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay Package: $2876.4 (negotiable)
Charting System: EPIC

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care for MedSurg patients
Sign off on tele strips throughout the shift
Coordinate care with other departments as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Required:

Active IL license or application in progress
BLS certification (AHA)
2 years of MedSurg experience
Experience with EPIC charting system
