RN-Inpatient Rehab-Weekend Nights | Travel | IL

Assignment Overview

Join our Inpatient Rehab unit as an RN for weekend night shifts. The role involves similar duties to a medical floor, excluding Heparin Drips, with a focus on a high neuro population. Being stroke certified is a plus but not required. Ideal for nurses seeking flexible weekend opportunities.

Assignment Details

Shift: Night shift, 7 pm to 7 am
Weekend Schedule: Every third weekend (Friday and Saturday nights)
Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2754 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Provide explanations and instructions to patients/responsible persons
Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
Manage conflict using professional communication skills
Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care
Participate in continuing education
Maintain complete and accurate medical records

Qualifications

Required:

Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
Current CPR/BLS Card

PEL/VIP Job ID #66190521. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
