Description

Travel RN – Overflow IMCU: Requires 2+ years of experience, prior travel experience (mandatory), BLS & ACLS, and proven experience managing continuous IV medications including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Nitroglycerin, Bumex, Lasix, Aggrastat, Argatroban, Heparin, and Insulin drips. Must have skills in arrhythmia management, cardioversion, CHF, chest pain, renal and pulmonary conditions, PE/DVT, stable A-Fib/SVT/Bradycardia, surgical and Med/Surg care, post-cardiac cath/TR Bands, DKA, and basic telemetry/arrhythmia interpretation. Adult–geriatric patients; 1:5–6 ratio, 32 beds; Epic preferred, Pyxis and SBAR; Navy Blue scrubs. Every other weekend, floating required, rare call with 2-hour response time, maximum 7 days RTO, locals accepted at same rate, and NBO hours are determined by contract length.
