Job Description:

The registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process. Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers and delegation of role appropriate tasks in the implementation of care. Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC policies, procedures and guidelines.Shift: Nights 7p-730aWeekend Requirement: 5 weekend shifts per the 6 week scheduleEducation: Associate degree in nursing. Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.Licensure/Certification: Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio. CPR required.Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred.Job-related Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues; demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities; Make independent decisions. Critical thinking skills.Medium Work: Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
