Travel OR Registered Nurse (Circulator) - Pratt, KS

Job Description
Join the dynamic surgical team at Pratt Regional Medical Center as a Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse! In this role, you will circulate a diverse range of surgical procedures across 5 modern operating suites while managing patient advocacy, prep, and sterile environments. You will work alongside board-certified surgeons, CRNAs, and skilled surgical technologists in a modern, 35-bed non-profit facility that prioritizes quality care and work-life balance.

Requirements

1–2 years of recent experience in Operating Room (OR) circulating within an acute care setting

Active Kansas RN License or Compact/Multi-State License in good standing

Active BLS and ACLS certifications

Unit flexibility across integrated surgical sectors (Ambulatory Care, Main Surgery, PACU, and Endoscopy)

Essential clinical competencies in sterile field maintenance, surgical patient positioning, skin prep, and EHR documentation required for Day 1

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on circulating experience with Orthopedic Total Joints (Knees and Hips), C-Sections, and Sports Medicine

Experience with high-definition laparoscopic and arthroscopic video equipment

Previous travel contract experience in a community hospital or regional medical center setting

Level 1 Job ID #Pratt-1. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
