Description

Responsibilities:
Assess patients and develop appropriate respiratory care plans.
Administer respiratory treatments and therapeutic modalities.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to respiratory treatments.
Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care.
Demonstrate safe use of respiratory equipment, instrumentation, and medications.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure safe patient handoffs.
Provide culturally competent, ethical, and age-appropriate patient care.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an approved CoARC Respiratory Care Practitioner program
Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
CRT certification required.
RRT certification required.
Minimum 6 months of post-graduate acute-care experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required at the time of hire.

WissenCare Job ID #65. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
