Join a leading healthcare provider as a Long-Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) in Beaver Dam, WI. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can make a difference in patients' lives. As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility.

This role involves 12-hour day shifts from 06:30 to 19:00, with every other weekend rotation and some holidays. You will work in a setting with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:20, with one RN per hall and a medication technician per hall. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) will be assigned at a ratio of 1:8-10 during the day and 1:20 at night.

Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR)
• Implementing AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You)
• Conducting hourly rounding to ensure patient comfort and safety

Requirements for this position include:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care
