Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) in Beaufort, SC! We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with night shifts, perfect for those who thrive in dynamic settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients during labor and delivery.
• Attend high-risk and premature deliveries, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and newborn.
• Perform postpartum/couplet care and assist in antepartum triage nursing.
• Act as an OR circulator for Cesarean sections.
• Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Support respiratory care and resuscitation efforts as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required.
• AWHONN Intermediate certification required.
• BLS and FHM certifications required.
• NRP certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Active South Carolina RN license required.
• Must be within a 50-mile radius of Beaufort, SC.
• Facility does not accept felony background hits or licensure action.
