We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Akron, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare facility and provide top-notch care to patients in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have a valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
This position offers a competitive pay range of $1,975 - $2,079 per week, and you will be working night shifts, 3x12 hours from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The contract duration is for 13 weeks, starting on 11/13/2026.
